So I released the my plugin, and I've verified it's hit the repo at http://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/com/companyline/hall/jenkins/hall-jenkins/
However, it's been about 8 hours and it hasn't appeared in update-center.json. The documentation said it was updated every 6 hours so I'm wondering if that's changed?
