Hi Jose, I have a Jenkins instance behind a ISA server too. In my case, the server is running in a Linux/Red Hat, and we've installed cntlm [1]. The authentication to the proxy is done via cntlm, and then in Jenkins I simply configure the proxy as localhost:3128.
