Hello Alok, If you disable "Let Jenkins Manage Workspace View" and "Let Jenkins Create Workspace", then p4 plugin will use existing workspace configuration from the server. In addition, you will need to modify "Client name format for slaves" in order to use basename without hash.
*Warning!* Such configuration will work properly only in case of tied jobs, which utilize only one node.
