In our project we have observed that whenever we restart the Jenkins service, it kicks of all the builds even though builds are configured using SCM polling. is this an expected behavior ?
Can someone tell me a solution if it is not an expected behavior ? Also since yesterday we have started seeing that Jenkins process getting killed intermittently, once we start the process all the jobs gets kicked off by itself. Also sometimes when there is no SCM change, git polling triggers the build saying there was a change. All the weird thing started happening since yesterday after the Jenkins server got rebooted.
