hello to whoever wants to be responsible, i am going nuts while trying to log in to the jenkins issue tracker.
have an account “krulls” and try to reset<https://jenkins-ci.org/account/passwordReset> my password (tried both, with id and email), account manager says: [cid:[email protected]] but i do not receive any email. then i created another account “krulls1” and after a while i receive an email stating: “This account uses your password from an external user directory: "JIRA Delegated Authentication Directory". i did not find any hint on how to extract the valid password. result: have two accounts, both with unknown passwords; cannot reset password; what is it that i do not understand or am doing wrong? and if there is nothing wrong in my operations would someone please check the account management at https://jenkins-ci.org/account Thank you for your kind help.
