I don't think there is anything documented as this is done via plugin extensions. if you grabbed all source from githun (including plugins) you could grep for "extends AbstractTestResultAction" and that may give you an idea (but I'm not sure that the ones that exist are open source.
The prefixes (I believe) need to be unique for the different types.
