I had a small glitch in the name of our plugin in the pom.xml file and it was built and released twice with two different artifactId's:
skytap <----- not correct skytap-cloud-plugin <------- correct The correct plugin artifactId is skytap-cloud-plugin. Can you delete the entry for "skytap" in http://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/ ?
