I've created a new plugin named "NeoLoad Plugin" and I'd like commit
access. I haven't created the Wiki page yet or put the code into place
at GitHub. It will be at
https://github.com/NeotysPluginSupport/NeoLoad-Plugin with the ID
"NeotysPluginSupport."
I don't have to put the plugin into place before requesting commit
access to https://github.com/jenkinsci/NeoLoad-Plugin right?
