I'm interested in getting commit rights for the AccuRev plugin, as well as
looking at taking ownership of the plugin.

More generally AccuRev customers have been contacting AccuRev directly, and
we've made changes to address AccuRev specific usage patterns with respect
to Jenkins and the AccuRev plugin. We'll be making that version of the
plugin available directly to our customers, and we'd like to make it
available to the open source community as well, as well as providing
updates when necessary.

Beyond being able to commit to the plugin, are there any other specific
items or people we should contact? My github id is jsherwood-accurev.
