I'm trying to add managed file support to email-ext, I have implemented a provider that extends AbstractConfigProviderImpl and I see that the constructor is being invoked, but my config type is not showing up in the UI and if I put a break point in the all() method, I don't see my provider. How do I go about debugging WHY my @Extension is not showing up?
