Hi, I have created a small plugin that allows to schedule a build for a later point in time. This done by simply starting the build with the required quiet period. The plugin provides a project action, list view column and a small form to enter the point in time.
I would like to host the plugin on jenkins-ci and I would be grateful if you could create the github and jira components.
