I recently updated our pom to point to 1.551 instead of 1.521, and noticed a massive slowdown in the execution of @JenkinsRule tests.
In many cases I see 5-10x slowdowns, and overall our testing now takes 3x as long. I've reverted the pom update as we aren't relying on any core changes during this period, but I wanted to raise the issue in case people were unaware.
