Perhaps somebody more experienced with plugin installation can comment on 
whether they think the plugin was correctly installed.
But I would restart my Jenkins instance and then I would check from the 
plugin manager that the plugin is indeed installed.
I'm using this plugin with Jenkins v1.532.1 (LTS) so perhaps this could 
also be version related.

I've also attached by hpi file in case yours was not compiled correctly for 
whatever reason.
