This morning it is acting as slowly and badly as yesterday morning. I got a 503 trying http://jenkins-ci.org/, and now it is slowly rendering. I got a 504 going to http://ci.jenkins-ci.org/ and now a 503. http://updates.jenkins-ci.org/ is slow.
JIRA is acting fine. Confluence is having issues loading the plugin info on some pages.
