here.  I understand where everyone is coming from, it a tricky issue

I like these but the problem is that we are not a tools company so its 
unlikely that new hires would go to jenkins update center/jenkins to learn 
about opensourcing at the company. 

- if you want to mirror the repo in your org, that would help your 
    prospective employees to find them more easily. 


This might work. We would still want to accept PR in the original repo 
though, we want stars to be on the original repo too. Is that something 
that would work?
