I've been wondering the same thing regarding browser, server OS, container (instructions in the wiki seem to be outdated), JRE (running) and JDK (building). A wiki page stating what platforms Jenkins at least tries to support would be nice. As far as I can tell, users are free to report any issues, but nobody will care about it if it's not a relevant enough platform (which means we've been collecting a bunch of issues about obsolete IE versions like IE 8, or IBM J9, or the Solaris packaging, in Jira). Personally, I'd consider current (released) Chrome, Firefox, Firefox ESR (24), IE9+ (which are available for all supported Windows versions except Server 2003 AFAIK), and Safari 6+ to be sufficient. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Jenkins Developers" group.
