Jenkins.getInstance().getUpdateCenter().getPlugin("p4"
).getInstalled().getPlugin().getWrapper().getVersion();
gives: 1.0.10-SNAPSHOT (private-08/04/2014 14:27-pallen)
Seems convoluted, but does the job.
