I see your plugin is very recent. I published mine also recently and I
noticed that the {jenkins-plugin-info} tag was a bit "unstable" in the first
hours/days, showing the same message as you. After a few days, I don't have
any problem anymore. It still doesn't show any usage stats, but that's
probably because there is no stat yet :-)
Another remark is that your plugin id (from a maven point of view) is
saltstack, not saltstack-plugin, so maybe you should change the wiki tag to:
{jenkins-plugin-info:pluginId=saltstack}
