It is not used any more; Jenkins now uses JNR. jna-posix is obsolete
and left in there for compatibility with plugins that might have
referred to it and not been upgraded. If it is going to be completely
broken by the change to new JNA then I guess we would need to either
finally rip it out, or fork it to jenkinsci and apply your patch.
