In any case, "openshift-plugin" should be reserved for
https://github.com/openshift/jenkins-cloud-plugin (it's
artifactId=openshift). Probably "openshift-builder-plugin" would be a
convenient solution for the current functionality.

Are you going to extend the functionality beyond builders?
