Hey Guyes, I have a question regarding using credentials integration in plugins (standard password/username), more specifically what is the best way to use credentials when your task is executed on a remote using a callable.
In my builder i have a dropdown which gives the user a list of credentials to choose from, and when the job is saved, i store the credentialId that belongs to a particular credential. (This works fine). I used the credentials taglib to create the select. My question has to how to transmit/resolve the username/password on the remote? is it safe enough to pass the crendetial id to the callable, and resolve the password / username on the remote using CredentialsProvider.findCredentialById().
