Hi Sudeep,
Jenkins Promoted Build & Role-based Authorization Strategy are both
available as native jenkins plugins[1][2], there is also a commercial
plugin from cloudbees that provides role based authorization[3]
As for "Release Promote" I have never heard of this - nor could I find
anything via google. If you Hudson is old (ie a 1.x release) then the
plugin should continue to work with Jenkins. If not perhaps you could
share some details of it and others on the list might now the plugin by
a different name.
