I don't think a job posting is exactly appropriate for a dev list. Usually,
this list is for posting on help with specific problems in creating a Jenkins
plugin or any scripting in the Jenkins environment, rather than soliciting
developers. At the very least, I don't want to receive any job solicitations on
this mailing list!!
As it stands, there is already a Jenkins plugin which starts up a VMWare
environment for a given job; it may be of interest to you:
VMware plugin - Jenkins - Jenkins Wiki
If this plugin does not suit your needs, or it's buggy or missing a feature,
file a ticket on the issue tracker. Use your money to sponsor its development,
encourage somebody to start maintaining this plugin.
