I think this is a use of our trademark as defined in the governance document <https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Governance+Document#GovernanceDocument-Trademark>, and therefore they need to come to the project meeting and ask for the permission to use the trademark. Does anyone disagree?
