The plugin adds a few post-build actions which make sense to use only if the 
plugin's build step is defined. New project type was created to bundle them 
together.

Looks pretty good.

Out of interest, why did you add a new Project type, when most of the
actions seem to be available via regular build triggers/steps/actions?
i.e. They could be probably executed via a Freestyle or Workflow project?

Wiki pages are usually named "<Name> Plugin" rather than just "<name>".
