Pull request to update center created at 
https://github.com/jenkinsci/backend-update-center2/pull/16 -- I will wait a 
bit for feedback and assuming none is negative, merge it.

Note that this only removes the plugin from the update center. Any users who 
installed HiddenParameter will still get offered hidden-parameter as a new 
plugin, but will not be able to just magically migrate to hidden-parameter. 
That's why you need to think and decide on a plugin ID before performing the 
first release.
