Most of the infobox is auto-generated from the plugin itself.
The maintainer info there will be updated automatically after the next
release, if you update the info in the POM:

Regarding labels on GitHub, no idea.
Also, as Oleg mentioned, if you give us your Jenkins account ID, we can
set you as the default assignee on the issue tracker.
