IMO it could 
use https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Database+Plugin to select 
target databases, provide a DB console, etc. It's a common approach for 
database plugins. It would be also great to reuse an existing script 
runner, but I don't know about such generic ones.

Probably it could be useful to rename the plugin to a more generic 
"oracle-database-plugin" if you extend a common Database provider.
