This is happening because your wiki page (mysteriously) does not exist: https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/QF-Test+Plugin
It looks like it's there, but if you add something to the end of the URL to bypass the cache, you can see that it's missing (possibly deleted, but I think that shows a different message if so): https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/QF-Test+Plugin?foo Since a wiki page is required, and you currently don't have one, that's why your plugin isn't appearing in the Update Centre.
