Sorry, lost the thread

I've replaced the master branch 
in https://github.com/jenkinsci/cucumber-reports-plugin . The legacy branch 
has been moved 
to https://github.com/jenkinsci/cucumber-reports-plugin/tree/legacy-branch

So, now the repos are fully consistent (including release tags). You can 
start using it for the development.
