That may be new, I searched several days for something similar and did not find anything. I know that the JIRA plugin is able to create a changelog, but only if the releases are managed by Jira as well. It is new for me that the Jira plugin was able to scan the actual git history of the workspace. At least, I did not get it to work. I will have a look though again.
