Let me put my traffic cop hat on...

I called up Gus and asked him to help me structure the conversation because
there are a lot of things getting discussed here and it's hard to keep
track of. Good thoughts are getting buried as this thread continues to grow.

He gave me the run-down on how does one go about a website project like
this, which I captured in the "project structure" section of this Wiki page
<https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/2.0+Website>. I'd like to ask
all of us in this thread to take a moment and read that.

I think it makes sense to try to segregate conversations along those track
lines, then frame discussions per segments.

I'm going to start a separate thread for each track. Let's close down this
thread.
