Hi,

Generally, with any of the Java IDE, you can easily browse the Jenkins API.
Start with the Jenkins class.

In your case:

Jenkins.getActiveInstance().getMachines() => returns Machine[]
Then Machine.getExecutors() => returns Executor[]
Then Executor.isActive()
