Actually making it a generic webhook plugin wouldn't make sense either, as 
reading the wiki it seems better to make smaller unique plugins which don't 
require too much configuration.

This plugin is the opposite of the Slack plugin as it's a outgoing-webhook, 
rather than an incoming webhook, different API/features available.
