It's a Twitter account posting some links, not "part of [a] trademark or brand identifier for Jenkins-based software goods or services": https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Governance+Document#GovernanceDocument-Trademark I've seen a bunch of identical tweets like "thanks for following me, Jenkins CI School" over the past few weeks, so something's a bit odd, but I don't think it's anything to worry about, certainly not from a trademark point of view.
