It looks like the certificate for issues.jenkins-ci.org expired today. See screenshot below: <https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-Zc4ToQQTMfY/VtO4AJ6c6vI/AAAAAAAAAbw/p41galzJXnk/s1600/expired%2Bcertificate.png> I also noticed builds for the tfs-plugin failing due to what appears to be an unresponsive proxy server (i.e. see tfs-plugin build #298 <https://jenkins.ci.cloudbees.com/job/plugins/job/tfs-plugin/298/console>), I don't know if that's related or not.
