ok - I believe I figured out why it was not in maven repo, for some reason my
settings.xml had mvn-build-skip ppty set to true ( sorry) from I believe some
old settings. Once I fixed that and reran the build I can see it in mvn repo.
Now I believe its just matter of time before it shows up on the wiki. Any idea
how much ?

Hi I published a plugin on github jenkinsci/ca-apm-plugin and
created a wiki https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/ display/JENKINS/CA+APM+Plugin, am
having trouble pulling the plugin information on wiki and if you open the wiki
you will see it says "No information For this plugin" . I can't seem to figure
what I am missing. Also attached is the output of my mvn release
Any idea?
