Adding a request parameter like 
https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Git+Client+Plugin?foo will 
circumvent the cache and allow access to the real page.

Or https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Bypass+Cache
