I installed it by uploading the various blueocean-* plugins one-by-one in
the "Advanced" tab of the plugin manager page in the Jenkins UI.

I've attached the JSON output from the
pluginManager/api/json?depth=2&pretty=true endpoint on my Jenkins instance.

I see a 404 response when my browser attempts to contact the
/blue/rest/pipelines/ endpoint. The response body is:

<html>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8"/>
<title>Error 404 Not Found</title>
</head>
<body><h2>HTTP ERROR 404</h2>
<p>Problem accessing /blue/rest/pipelines/. Reason:
<pre>    Not Found</pre></p><hr><i><small>Powered by
Jetty://</small></i><hr/>

</body>
</html>

Thanks for your quick response!
