Oh the reason I'm saying its httpclient, which may not be super clear from
this error, is that its also erroring when I call jenkinsRule.getWebClient()
ex:
doJobReportTest(hudson.plugins.sauce_ondemand.SauceOnDemandBuildActionTest)

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/http/conn/HttpClientConnectionManager
