Invalidating caching for every plugin wiki page would likely disrupt service
for the wiki :(


I think the easiest solution is to reduce the caching time for both the full
pages in the wiki and the plugin-info macro. Unfortunately both those live deep
within the bowels of the confluence plugins that implement caching and the
plugin-macro (e.g.
https://github.com/jenkins-infra/backend-jenkins-plugin-info-plugin)
