G'day Olivier, I think it's because you have to file a PR against https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/ ( https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/blob/master/permissions/plugin-jira.yml). For some reason you're not in the list (IIRC Daniel went back 2 years in the past, so maybe that's the reason, didn't check).
