The best way we can help is if you file a bug against the blueocean-plugin component on https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/ Please provide your exact Blue Ocean and Jenkins version, along with any information you think would be helpful (such as use of a HTTP reverse proxy etc). For this issue I'd recommend attaching a few screenshots. As Daniel mentioned, queries like this one are best performed on jenkinsci-users (and we monitor it daily too!)
