Hi folks,

I saw the GSoC 2017 announcement at
https://jenkins.io/blog/2017/02/07/gsoc2017-announcement/, but at
https://jenkins.io/projects/gsoc/gsoc2017/ it says that "In 2017 Jenkins
application has not been accepted to Google Summer of Code".
Can someone briefly clarify the status? I do have an idea for GSoC, but if
the Jenkins project is not participating it obviously doesn't make much
sense to spend the time to describe it.

Thanks,

Mirko
