However, I'll need to double check Jenkins 2.64 with the clean environment that I used to prepare the steps in JENKINS-44803. It definitely shows the failure with Jenkins 2.64 in my docker environment. When I've done that check, I'll add that to the bug description in JENKINS-44803.
