Hi, I'd like to contribute to the EC2 plugin and I've been trying to get to the actual mainteners but it's been impossible... There are a couple of PRs pending <https://github.com/jenkinsci/ec2-plugin/pulls> and I don`t know if maybe I could give a hand on this? Also, I'm curious about Jenkins environment used for testing the PRs. Who is the maintener? Who defines the environment used? Can someone shed some light on that?
