Not 100% sure of your current state: can you still log in, but can't change your password. Or can't you anymore?
If the former, agreed with Bobby: file an INFRA, and possibly pop in the #jenkins-infra IRC channel. If you can't login, try IRC as said, or the jenkins-infra ML I think. There's less volume there, and more infra related people.
