My recommendation would be to...

   1. Study the plugin, try to setup your Jenkins instance with it. It may 
   give you some ideas of what needs to be enhanced there (note that the 
   plugin is in the Alpha state now)
   2. Take a look at the plugin issues 
   <https://github.com/jenkinsci/configuration-as-code-plugin/issues> or 
   try to fix/improve anything you discovered during the first step
   3. Work with Ewelina/Thorsten to define your project proposal scope. 
   Join one of office hours to discuss the project with them (meetings will be 
   announced soon)
