Hi all,

AWS Device Farm <https://plugins.jenkins.io/aws-device-farm> plugin is
currently affected by JEP-200 and not compatible with Jenkins 2.102+ (
JENKINS-50483 <https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-50483>, PR #3
<https://github.com/jenkinsci/aws-device-farm-plugin/pull/3>). There are
also pending pull requests like Pipeline support (PR #5
<https://github.com/jenkinsci/aws-device-farm-plugin/pull/5> and PR #2
<https://github.com/jenkinsci/aws-device-farm-plugin/pull/2>).

I have been trying to reach out to the current maintainer (Nikhil Dabhade
<https://github.com/nikhil-dabhade>) for 1 month, without success. There is
no activity in the plugin since the last release Aug 27, 2017, and there
are also no responses from the maintainer in any PRs or JIRA tickets. On
April 23 I have sense an email to Nikhil using his email in Git commit
history. I also tried emails mentioned in JIRA. No success. I would
consider the plugin as non-maintained from the community PoV.

Taking the current state, I request ownership transfer to Patrick Cadelina
<https://github.com/patcadelina> (JIRA ID: patcadelina) and me
<https://github.com/oleg-nenashev/> (JIRA ID: oleg_nenashev). Patrick has
kindly agreed to be a plugin maintainer, and I will help him with initial
release and onboarding.

Taking the "best effort" requirement, I propose to set the response timeout
to May 07 (2 weeks since the last direct ping by email in Git). WDYT?

Thanks in advance,
Oleg Nenashev
