Hi Michael, Unfortunately I somehow missed this thread. So I didn't reply when you sent a request for plugin adoption. It would be great to see https://github.com/jenkinsci/windows-exe-runner-plugin/pull/1/ landed.
The adoption process is described here: https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/Adopt+a+Plugin Unfortunately it is not enough to send email, there should be an effort to reach out to the maintainer (e.g. by CCing him/her or pinging in GitHub). I will do it in this case (already pinged in GitHub), but IIUC we cannot transfer ownership immediately.
